Reading the constant recruiter bashing posts on LinkedIn puts a smile on my face. Some of the comments criticising recruiters are justified. Some aren’t. Some of the recruiter responses are laughable at times. Some are genuine.
There was a story last week about a recruiter who emailed a resume to a client, where they had no previous relationship. The client decided to keep the candidate’s resume and contact them directly, freezing the recruiter out.
