One of the biggest challenges for business is attracting and retaining talented staff. Despite higher levels of unemployment today, and seemingly plentiful talent on the market, we’re still seeing many positions requiring the assistance of recruiters to better fill jobs in certain sectors. Unfortunately, the best candidates for many positions are not in the market for a new job because they are employed elsewhere.
